The fourth project at Real de La Quinta Residential Country Club Resort®, Sabinas, is the most ambitious to date.

Real de La Quinta Residential Country Club Resort® is the first project in Spain to receive the infrastructure planning certificate issued by BREEAM, the world's leading sustainability assessment organisation. Our first two projects, Olivos and Quercus, have been certified VERY GOOD and it is our intention to meet the same high standards with Sabinas.
